UNIFY SOCIAL VALUES AND AUTOMATION WITH MOBILE APPS TO IMPUTE DEMOCRACY

During social, political, or economic crises, decision-makers can use automation and technology to decide what the best action is in crisis management. This article highlights the use of technology in the private sector by using business concepts of Balance Scorecard. The balanced scorecard is a measure that drives performance and social value to foster business-people relationships and create return-on-investment in society. The purpose is to improve the problem-solving tactics to effectively deal with people relationships and business via technologies and ethical values measured. This small study shows that with a mobile device and correct measurements, automation can improve client satisfaction through innovation. Key factors such as diversity, new technologies, and equity will impact innovative outcomes.

A new app automatically can decide what the best decision for top-level managers is. The proposed app can be a tool to reduce the risk of bad decisions by adding four different measures when analyzing policies to make a decision. In crisis time, management decisions can be dangerous. The reason for being democratic may be contradictory given the ideological diversity composed of a vast spectrum of values, but people from regular communities can participate and it can be relevant. When it considers equality by balancing the weights of business values and social values. An app to create commands and automate decisions could be the path to a society with more social values ​​in a world that is so politically and socially polarized. Different indicators in the IT area can improve business values, social values, and democratic values. The policy implications, limitations of this study, and future research are discussed.
