In a scathing opinion released Saturday evening, a federal judge tossed out a major Trump campaign lawsuit in Pennsylvania seeking to block the certification of the state's election results.

Judge Matthew Brann wrote that the Trump campaign's lawyers had sought to disenfranchise roughly 7 million voters, while providing no good reason to do so.

The Trump campaign's lawyers, Rudy Giuliani and Marc Scaringi, argued earlier this week that they wanted Trump to be declared the winner of Pennsylvania and its 20 electoral votes.
