In addition to her career as an elite athlete, Finch appeared as a contestant on The Celebrity Apprentice and has been featured in publications like Glamour and Vanity Fair. She’s also a published author—Finch’s book, Throw Like a Girl: How to Dream Big and Believe in Yourself, was released the year after she retired.

The 42-year-old has called her SI Swimsuit photo shoot “an awesome experience” and a “great thing to be a part of.”

Below are five of our favorite images from Finch’s photo shoot in the Bahamas, in which she rocked a golden bikini and even posed with her Olympic gold medal.
