Philipp Plein gets sued by Ferrari for having bad taste in fashion...

It seems that what people say that a Ferrari is not for everyone goes beyond pennies. This is what the famous, and tacky, designer Philipp Plein has just discovered when he received a letter from the Italian brand saying that the use of a Ferrari in his photos, a verdant 812 Superfast from his collection, stains the brand's reputation and causes damage to property. The letter signed by Fabrizio Sanna (yes, a letter!) gave Plein a 48 hours deadline to remove from his Instagram the photos that shows the car.

The deadline has expired and nothing has been done. Some legal fight is expected up ahead.

But let's face it, "someone" is overreacting here...
